We offer the Aventure step-thru bikes which are great for first time riders tackling the Colorado terrain. Once you try these e-bikes, you will be hooked. Go anywhere silently, 30 miles of range.

There is a pedal assist mode which gives extra power when pedaling.
There is also a throttle mode which pushes you along without needing to pedal at all.

There are some local regulation on e-bike usage like on town bike paths or on some single track. We recommend mostly using the bikes on Jeep roads to access areas you can’t go in a vehicle and without breaking down camp. They are also handy for making a run into town.
The bikes are a Class II bike and can be used in Colorado State Parks and National Parks but check at the visitor center for any trail restrictions.

We did a lot of research on finding a bike rack that was easy to use and held these heavy bikes well. The VelociRax holds the bikes vertically, which we’ve found to be very stable on bumpy roads.
The rack has a tilt function for loading/unloading the bikes. To load, you need to be able to get the bikes up on their back wheel.
Depending on the vehicle, we can also use a pivot extension that allows the rack to swing out further from the car. This is especially useful in the campervans.

The batteries are recharged by plugging them into a 110V wall outlet. That can be tough to do on the road which is why we provide an extra battery per bike.
Some vehicles are fitted with a 110V outlet that operates when the vehicle is running and you can charge a battery that way. If you are renting a vehicle with us, contact us and we can tell you what vehicles have that ability.
It takes about 4hrs for a full recharge .

Rental Options
We have two different rental options when considering an E-bike rental from Titus Adventure Company. If you’re planning on renting a vehicle from us, you can add-an an E-bike package during your checkout. If you simply want to rent the E-bikes with a compatible vehicle, that’s an option too! Check out each option below.
Option 1: Add-on to vehicle rental
Pricing: $80/day, max $250
Add the e-bike package to your camper rental
We will have the hitch rack installed and bikes all loaded up when you come for the vehicle pickup

Option 2: Use your own vehicle
Pricing: $110/day
If you have your own rig, we can put our e-bike on your vehicle
