Bluegrass Festival

What’s in the Package

  • Mary E Camping Passes w/ 4 Day Festival Access (1 for each person in the camper)

  • Mary E Vehicle Pass

  • Premium camper for trip to/from Telluride and home base during festival

How it Works

  • Fill out the form below to make a vehicle request. We are taking these on a first come first serve basis. There is a limit of 8 campsites so try to be quick on the draw!

  • In 24hrs we will get in touch and work with you to figure out the right camper for your trip and your dates. Once you booking is confirmed with us, you do not need to go through the ticket sale process on the Planet Bluegrass site! Your passes will automatically be set aside. Planet Bluegrass will contact you shortly after the camper reservation is made with more info on how you will pay and receive your passes.

  • Come June, begin your journey in Denver for vehicle pickup and orientation. Enjoy the scenic drive and arrive at Mary E campground in Telluride. Set up camp (which will take you all of about 10min) and then let the party begin! Know that there are no assigned campsites at Mary E. You are guaranteed a spot but if you want more choices, best to arrive earlier in the week!

  • After the festival, return to Denver for vehicle drop-off. What’s the rush though? Maybe take a few more days to enjoy the Rocky Mountains.

Mary E Campground Details

  • Review the campground info here.

  • Campground Opens: Saturday, June 13th at 9am. We recommend arriving Tuesday afternoon at the latest.

  • Campground Closes: Monday, June 22rd at Noon

Available Camper Types

Get a taste of vanlife as you cruise around the state and into Telluride. Our campervans are easy to drive, comfortable, and roomy inside, and offer a little more privacy if you want it. Vans come with ample storage, sinks, and place for cooking inside. Vans are capable of driving maintained dirt roads but not the rugged stuff like the 4x4s.

2-person and 4-person options available

Take the adventurous route into Telluride! Our “overland style” vehicles are rigged for the backroads and 4x4 mountain passes that lie between Denver and Telluride. But don’t worry about sacrificing comfort- the trunk is decked out with drawers and tables to make cooking easy and the thick built-in mattress inside the rooftop tent will rejuvenate you after a day of dancing to great music.

Once payment is made with us for the camper, we transfer your info to Planet Bluegrass and they will send you a link to purchase your festival passes for your group.

Do the campers need to be hooked up at the campground to function? Nope, all our campers are able to function just fine “dry camping” and have batteries, solar, and water on board to be self-sufficient.

Where do I pickup and drop off the camper? You will start and end the trip at our Denver office. You can Uber to us from the Denver airport or leave a car with us if you are local. See our location here

What are the payment terms? To reserve the camper, you will do a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment will be made 21 days before the trip.

What’s the camper rental cancellation policy? You can cancel before March 1st and have your 50% deposit refunded (minus credit card fees). If you cancel after March 1st, you loose the 50% deposit. If you cancel less than 21 days before, there is no refund.

What is the festival pass refund policy? You can return your passes for 100% refund before March 1st. After that, no refunds. There are forums online where you can try to resell your tickets.
