1. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are 25 years of age or older at time of entry and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Employees of Titus Adventure Company, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Entry Period Giveaway begins May 19th at 12:00 AM MT and closes June 19th at 11:59 PM MT. Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

3. How to Enter To enter, complete the entry form at tacrentals.com/eva with a valid first name and email address, AND follow @TitusAdventureCo on Instagram. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entry constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Prize One (1) winner will receive: (a) one signed copy of Eva zu Beck's book, and (b) one complimentary vehicle rental from Titus Adventures for up to three (3) consecutive days. Approximate retail value: $1000. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Vehicle rental is subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the winner announcement date. Rental is subject to all standard Titus Adventures rental terms, conditions, policies, and vehicle inspection requirements. Prize does not include fuel, campsite fees, park entrance fees, travel to/from pickup location, insurance upgrades, or optional add-ons.

5. Rental Requirements — Winner Must:

  • Be 25 years of age or older

  • Present a valid driver's license at time of pickup

  • Present a valid major credit card in their own name for the security deposit hold

  • Complete and sign Titus Adventures standard rental agreement at time of pickup

  • Comply with all applicable rental policies including geographic restrictions, off-road use policies, and return conditions

  • International driver's licenses are accepted but must be accompanied by a valid passport

6. Winner Selection One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around June 20, 2026. Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Titus Adventures reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming any prize.

7. Publicity By entering, winner agrees to allow Titus Adventures to use their name, likeness, and general trip location for promotional purposes across social media, email, and website without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability By entering, participants release Titus Adventures, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize. Titus Adventures is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
